Terminal return

Sending back a terminal via DHL Returns.

You have to send your terminal to InterCard because your contract has expired or it has a fault? InterCard provides you with a free returns service with its partner company DHL. You can arrange for your terminal to be returned yourself.

You click on the link below to the web page of our partner company DHL and type in your consignor details. In the ‘Contract number’ field, either enter your terminal ID, client number or terminal serial number. Then click on the ‘Next’ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. In the next display box, please click on the ‘open PDf and print’ button. Your returns slip will pop up, which you can print. The DHL dispatch label should be stuck to the mailable package.

The label includes ‘Information about your return’. This comprises your dispatch number, as well as the nearest dispatch office. Alternatively, you have the option of sending it with any DHL driver.

The dispatch number is on the label under "Information about your return". Please keep this proof of dispatch. As of the next working day, you can track your consignment here:

N.B.:
In order to open the returns slip, you need a PDF Reader, which can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
