Payment settlement entails a great deal of work for Fressnapf’s different branches and franchises. At the beginning of our business relationship in 2001, we analysed all payments with the client. The product IC-vario, which was developed by us, turned out to be an optimal solution. This smart hybrid system combines the advantages of the signature-based EC direct debit system with those of the PIN code-based electronic cash system. At the same time, it also serves to optimise the payment process and reduce the cost of this process.

In the meantime, Fressnapf is successfully using the IC-vario procedure with receivables purchasing and the Maestro and V-PAY acquiring system.
